Building Tour:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. You are welcome to tour the JEC at any point in the admissions process, even prior to submitting your application.
Online Application:
The JEC uses the DDC Parent Portal to review and process applications.
If you are a current or former parent and already have an online account with JEC or Bruriah, please Click Here.This screen will bring you to the JEC parent portal. Please enter your username and password. If you do not remember your information you can click “Forgot Username and Password.” Please do not register for a new account. After logging in, please click on the admissions module icon under “My Account.”
If you are new to JEC or Bruriah, please Click Here.This will bring you to the JEC parent portal. Please click “Register.” You will be prompted to create an account and then directed to the admissions module.
Please note that you may save your application at any point, and complete it at a later time. Your application is considered complete only when you have responded to all of the relevant questions, and submitted all relevant paperwork (i.e. birth certificate, photo, previous two years’ report cards, Individual Service Plan, etc.)
There is an application fee of $150.
Please note the following admissions cut-off dates for the 5784 (2023-24) school year:
Juniors - Date of Birth before or on March 31, 2021
Nursery - Date of Birth before or on September 30, 2020.
Kindergarten - Date of Birth before or on September 30, 2019.
Primer - Date of Birth before or on September 30, 2018.

Early Childhood:

Lower School:
After you have submitted an application, we will reach out to invite you and your child(ren) for an admissions interview. At the interview, your child(ren) will meet with a learning specialist so that they can assess your child(ren)’s skill level relative to age-appropriate benchmarks. In addition, your child(ren) will also meet with Dr. Seema Dobin, Director of Guidance. You will also have the opportunity to meet with Rabbi Beer and share more about your child. Registration:
Once your child is accepted, you will receive registration instructions so that you can log in to the parent portal and register your child.
